Kate Gear is a recent graduate. She has a Masters in Migration Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Cultural Anthropology, both from Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. She was the recipient of the Postgraduate Asian Politics Prize for 2020.
