Madison Hamill is a Wellington-based writer. You can read her work in TurbineThe Spinoff and Sweet Mammalian. Madison grew up in Dunedin before moving to the capital to become a famous writer. So far she has earned a Masters in Creative Writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters (2018) and stacked up a student loan debt.

Her debut collection of personal essays, Specimen, will be published by Victoria University Press in 2020.
